"Against the Waves - PACNW" (09/07/23)
It’s 2023 and the climate is in a free fall, or as Republicans labeled it: Going Through a “Change” and I am not even sure they would admit to that anymore. The whole country of Canada is in flames. The map looks like a matchhead art project. Continue Reading

"Moto Test Ride" (06/15/23)
This spring, after returning from Thailand I decided to buy a motorcycle. I last owned one when I did my Covid tour around the US. It was a small TW200. It was fun but just too short for my liking. After doing a bit of research I narrowed my new bike down to a Kawasaki KLR 650. I choose this for a few reasons. First, it was cheap. What to do when seeing a bear; how to avoid bears; different bear personalities; favorite diets. . Continue Reading

"Grand Staircase" (04/05/22)
This week was the true launch of the travel season. It is the first of many exciting trips I have scheduled. Decided on an easy one to start. Amy and I headed to Utah to explore some areas I never reached after doing the prerequisite stops on everyone’s first few trips to Southern Utah. Also we missed this area on our around the country year-long trip during the peak of COVID in 2020. Continue Reading
